Tony is the founder of Catalyst Training and has a wealth of experience in the fitness industry.

He has worked with a variety of people over the years who have had different expectations of what they want to achieve. These have included weight loss, body transformations, sport/event specific clients, Olympic Lifting and injury rehab/prevention.

By offering each client a bespoke service that includes exercise programming, nutrition and guidance on other aspects of their lifestyle he will guide you to get to that end result you desire.

Tony is very committed to his own training, regularly competing in Functional Fitness and Crossfit competitions.

Scott Williams

With over 10 years of experience as a Personal Trainer, Group Class Instructor and Fitness enthusiast, Scott is able to help you reach your goals no matter how high they are. From weight loss, muscle gain, marathon training and nutritional advice Scott has the knowledge to put the right programme in place.

Being a qualified level 3 Personal Trainer, Kettlercise and Insanity Instructor gives you the reassurance that each workout will push you to your full potential and give you plenty of variety.

Each client is given the time, patience and support they need to work towards the results they desire.

Joe Navin

Joe has been working full time in the fitness industry for over 8 years. He graduated university with a honours degree in biology but decided to turn his newly discovered passion for fitness into a career. After gaining experience as a gym instructor he qualified as a personal trainer and has since gained additional qualifications in strength and conditioning and nutrition.

Joe has worked with a vast array of clients, achieving fantastic results through a combination of bespoke exercise programming, expert teaching, and sensible and sustainable nutritional advice. No matter your goal he has the knowledge and experience needed to unlock your potential.

Robin Oakley

It was during a white collar boxing programme where Robin decided to follow his passion for fitness and pursue a career as a personal trainer.

He has now been working at Catalyst as a Personal Trainer and Group Training Instructor for over 5 years.

Robin has always been an avid gym user and obtained a lot of knowledge working alongside other personal trainers over the years.

His own training is very important to him and he is always willing to try new ways of programming/concepts to further his knowledge.

He is a big personality on the gym and someone that you will never forget.

Sean Middlecote

Having previously trained as a sports coach, Sean’s passion for exercise and fitness increased upon discovering the gym – choosing to then further his knowledge by getting his personal training qualification.

With more than seven years’ experience in the fitness industry, working with a wide array of clients, ranging anywhere from injury rehabilitation to fat loss, Sean has the knowledge and knowhow to help you achieve your goals – whatever they may be.

A big part of Sean’s coaching style and belief is to give his clients the knowledge, to know exactly how and why, they are training the way they are. Enabling them to take control of their training outside of PT sessions and maximise their results doing so.

Cat Smart

Having battled with various issues with weight and mental health over the years, Cat decided to take her experiences and knowledge to help others and began as a Personal Trainer at Catalyst in 2018.

With an understanding that daily life can be stressful she will help you to find ways to work exercise into your current lifestyle whilst taking a no nonsense approach but also providing the support and encouragement you need.

Cat enjoys a wide variety of training herself including Olympic Lifting, Strength and Conditioning and cycling which has carried over into her client work, working alongside runners, swimmers, cyclists, and individuals for weight loss. Cat will push you beyond your limits but also be your personal cheerleader along the way!

Eddie

Eddie Jones

Eddie is an experienced Personal Trainer and Strength & Conditioning Coach with over seven years experience in the industry. He has worked with a variety of clients including professional athletes and individuals with disabilities.

He is extremely passionate about helping people improve their fitness and understanding of nutrition. Setting attainable goals, Eddie will guide you to a healthier lifestyle.

Eddie recently returned from the United States where he completed his masters in Exercise Science. During his time at the University of Dayton Eddie worked as an Assistant Strength & Conditioning Coach implementing health and fitness programmes for various different sports teams and individual athletes. These included track and field, volleyball and tennis. He then moved to Washington D.C where he worked with members of the public, helping them improve their health and fitness.

Frankie has been part of Team Catalyst for two years. She believes that fitness should complement your lifestyle, not restrict it, so the key focus of her sessions is having a good time while pushing you beyond your self-perceived limits. She will always make sure that you leave the gym feeling better, fitter and stronger than you were when you walked in. Frankie thrives on helping build your self-confidence, break barriers, and push your fitness to levels you never thought were possible.

Corrinne Davis

Corrinne has been in the fitness industry for nearly 10 years. She has experience with numerous clientele including those who want to achieve weight loss to clients who have performance goals such as body building. Having competed herself in two body building shows & combining this with her qualification as a nutritionist, she can provide you with a training plan and dieting support to help you get on stage.

Corrinne also specialises in Pre & Post Natal exercise so if you are planning a pregnancy, are currently pregnant or you want to lose your baby weight in a sensible and sustainable way, she will help guide you through this amazing journey.

As well as being a Personal Trainer, Corrinne is a qualified Nutritionist. She runs her own online ‘Weight Loss and Weight Management Club’ which provides members with an array of information which allows them to have the autonomy to decide which weight loss method is suitable for them. She also supports those who have clinical conditions such as Type 2 Diabetes, PCOS, Pregnancy, IBS, Elderly & Cardiovascular disease as well as nutrition for sports performance, whether that be team sport based or endurance athletes.
