Us
Catalyst Training is built around a diverse fitness community with people of all abilities.
We believe training in the best possible facilities and with highly educated trainers should be accessible to everyone. We look to simplify training and nutrition with the aim of encouraging individuals to incorporate this into a healthy balanced lifestyle.
Catalyst Personal Training was founded by Tony Oakley and opened its doors for the first time to the people of Cirencester on the 9th February 2015. Having transformed an uninspiring warehouse on an industrial estate into a bespoke Personal Training and Group Training facility with all the latest equipment, Catalyst has gone from strength to strength.
Catalyst wasn’t finished there…
In May 2017, founder Tony and his cousin Scott Williams joined forces to open an additional facility next door known as Catalyst Group Training.
The Timetable then included over 30 sessions a week and memberships were introduced. The sessions included Bootcamp, SH1FT, Core, Indoor Cycling, Kettlercise, Box and Yoga.
But most notably this was when Barbell Club was created and added to the timetable as our signature class.
Catalyst Training
In April 2019 the 2 businesses joined forces and is now known as Catalyst Training.
This has seen the introduction of open gym, a new therapy room with full time massage therapist. and an increase in the number of memberships on offer.
