OUR GROUP TRAINING TIMETABLE HAS BEEN DESIGNED TO ENABLE YOU TO BUILD A TRAINING PROGRAMME THAT WILL HELP YOU ACHIEVE YOUR GOALS
We have created a fun training environment for people of all levels of ability. You will become part of a great fitness community that support each other every step of the way.
Our team of highly qualified coaches are always on hand to give you the advice and coaching you need to take your training to the next level.
HOW IT WORKS
Our timetable is broken down into 3 main sections.
STRENGTH
The foundation of any good training programme is strength.
With both barbell and non barbell options, you can choose from Barbell Club, Olympic Lifting or No Bar Strength Club. Or, if you fancy, a mixture of the above.
CONDITIONING
Once you have you have laid the foundation of your programme, you can now choose from our conditioning sessions.
Designed to improve your fitness levels and increase muscular endurance, each of our conditioning sessions offer something different and compliment the strength aspect of your programme.
ACCESSORY
To finish the week, we offer two great accessory sessions; Core and Yoga, which will compliment your programme perfectly.
All of our programming is done in-house by our team and is designed to increase your strength, improve your posture and improve your overall fitness levels.

Return / Refund Policy
- Payment for all Group Training sessions must be received prior to the booking of the session to ensure space is reserved.
- Cancellations within a 6-hour period will not be refunded. (any extenuating circumstances will be taken into consideration)
- Cancellations prior to the 6-hour period will receive a credit towards a future group training session based on availability.
