Barbell Club Perform is designed to improve every aspect of your fitness.
Whilst increasing your overall Strength, the programme will improve your Olympic Lifting, help you to learn/develop new/existing skills and improve your mobility.
WHO IS IT FOR?
For anyone looking to take their training to the next level. People wanting to learn new skills and develop their current skill set.
PREREQUISITES
You will need a moderate level of fitness and a good understanding of barbell movements, including Olympic lifts. You will need to be committed to training 4-5 times per week.
