Barbell Club Strong is designed to make you strong. Whilst increasing your overall Strength, the programme will improve your posture, physique, and mobility.
It is a combination of Functional Training and traditional Strength & Conditioning.

For anyone looking to enhance their strength training in the gym.
PREREQUISITES
You will need a good understanding of barbell movements. You will need to be committed to training 4-5 times per week.
