Description

Designed by a team of Strength and Conditioning coaches you can now follow a structured programme in a group environment.

With a maximum of 12 people per session, you will be taken through all the main lifts by a qualified Strength and Conditioning Coach and follow a periodised programme where you will see ongoing results.

Step through the doors and focus on a stronger, fitter and healthier body.

This is a training environment with a difference; there are no complicated machines just the very best Strength & Conditioning Equipment.

Each session will include the following;

•    1 Main Lift: Squats or Deadlifts
•    Accessory push and pull upper body movements
•    Metabolic Conditioning
