Barbell Club combines traditional Strength & Conditioning with elements of Functional Strength.
Broken down into two classes, these sessions focus on the main lift, squat and deadlift, alongside accessory work.
Our team of highly qualified Strength and Conditioning coaches will coach you through the fundamental movements of the programme to ensure you move efficiently and progress correctly week on week to maximise your strength.
Each week you will be able to track your progress with your very own training manual and at the end of each programme record your results in test week.
