Description

Metcon is a mixed modality session bringing together new gym based skills, strength components and conditioning.

Each session starts with a skill phase that is periodised over a number of weeks, designed to build your skill set, which is then implemented into the main conditioning in the following weeks.

The conditioning based element includes ergs, strength, plyometrics and other functional movements.
