Having battled with various issues with weight and mental health over the years, Cat decided to take her experiences and knowledge to help others and began as a Personal Trainer at Catalyst in 2018.

With an understanding that daily life can be stressful she will help you to find ways to work exercise into your current lifestyle whilst taking a no nonsense approach but also providing the support and encouragement you need.

Cat enjoys a wide variety of training herself including Olympic Lifting, Strength and Conditioning and cycling which has carried over into her client work, working alongside runners, swimmers, cyclists, and individuals for weight loss. Cat will push you beyond your limits but also be your personal cheerleader along the way!
