NO BAR STRENGTH CLUB STEPS AWAY FROM THE BARBELL.

Utilising kettlebells, dumbbells, bands and body weight movements, the No Bar Strength Club programme is designed to make you stronger and fitter.

Every week the programme is broken down into two sessions, session 1 and session 2. Together they form a balanced programme and ensure you are developing all of the main muscle groups.

This is a great session if you are trying strength training for the first time and also works as a great accessory session alongside the Barbell Club programme.
