Olympic Lifting will teach you the two main lifts, Snatch and Clean & Jerk, in their traditional form.

Our coaches will breakdown the movement patterns, help improve your mobility required for each lift and increase the strength needed to give you the ability to lift with consistency and confidence.

Olympic Lifting is great for those looking to learn new skills and can increase power which is beneficial for other sports.

The sessions are fun, challenging and can be adaptable for all levels of ability.
