Olympic Lifting

Description

Olympic Lifting will teach you all the fundamentals of the 2 main Olympic lifts, Snatch and Clean & Jerk.

You will be taught the movement patterns involved, improve the mobility required and increase the strength needed to give you the chance to lift with consistency and confidence.

Olympic Lifting is both fun and challenging.

Sessions can be adaptable for all levels of ability.
