Having previously trained as a sports coach, Sean’s passion for exercise and fitness increased upon discovering the gym – choosing to then further his knowledge by getting his personal training qualification.

With more than seven years’ experience in the fitness industry, working with a wide array of clients, ranging anywhere from injury rehabilitation to fat loss, Sean has the knowledge and knowhow to help you achieve your goals – whatever they may be.

A big part of Sean’s coaching style and belief is to give his clients the knowledge, to know exactly how and why, they are training the way they are. Enabling them to take control of their training outside of PT sessions and maximise their results doing so.
