Description

Yoga is a mind and body practice which originated in India about 5,000 years ago. Various styles of yoga combine physical postures (asanas), breathing techniques, mediation, and relaxation. Vinyasa yoga, also known as ‘flow’, is dynamic style of yoga characterised by stringing postures (asanas) together, so you move from one to another, seamlessly, using breath.

A regular yoga practice builds a solid foundation for all your other movement/ sports and is a brilliant tool to improve coordination and proprioception. Yoga also supports your mental health by rewiring your brain chemistry, boosting your mood, and increasing energy levels.

Cat’s approach to teaching will encourage you to listen to your body and honour your energy levels on any given day as you flow through the postures. Sessions will be suitable for all levels and adaptable to each individual so that you step off the mat feeling blissed out and reset for the week.
